Om kurset 
This course is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. 

This course is suitable for beginners without or with little previous yoga practice experience. After this course, one can choose to participate Nivå 2 Vinyasa Yoga course depending on their levels. 

Why small size class 
We aim to provide small group class, which combines the energy of a group class and the personalised attention of a private class. In a small size class (5-9), we ensure that each student gets noticed. Students and teachers can often work together one-on-one, which gives teachers the opportunity to customize guidance to the particular needs of the students.
